Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any travel arrangements with our agency. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment:

  1. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  2. Full payment is due before departure, unless otherwise specified.
  3. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
  4. Prices are subject to change until reservation is confirmed

Cancellation and Refunds:

  1. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel your booking after confirmation.
  2. Refunds may be available, subject to our cancellation policy and any fees or charges imposed by third-party suppliers.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you do not make payment on time, or if we are unable to confirm your arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.

Changes and Amendments:

  1. Changes to your booking may be possible, subject to availability and any fees or charges imposed by third-party suppliers.
  2. Amendments may incur additional charges, which will be notified to you at the time of the change.
  3. We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary if necessary, due to circumstances beyond our control.

Planning Fees:

  1. Our agency may charge a planning fee for the time and expertise required to research and plan your travel arrangements.
  2. The planning fee will be communicated to you before any services are rendered and is non-refundable, regardless of whether or not you proceed with the booking.
  3. If you decide to book with us, the planning fee will not be credited towards the final cost of your trip.
  4. In the event that you cancel your booking, the planning fee is non-refundable.

Flights:

  1. We do not operate or control any airline or flight services, and therefore cannot guarantee flight schedules, seat assignments, or flight changes.
  2. We will assist you in booking flights with our partner airlines or other third-party providers, but any issues related to flights are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline or provider.
  3. We strongly recommend that you check the airline’s terms and conditions, including baggage allowance and other restrictions, before booking your flights.
  4. In the event of a flight cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with rebooking or finding alternative arrangements.
  5. However, any assistance provided by us is subject to the policies and availability of the airline or provider, and we cannot guarantee immediate assistance or resolution.
  6. If your flight is canceled or affected after business hours, it is your responsibility to contact the airline or provider directly to request assistance and information on available options.

Hotels:

  1. We will assist you in booking hotels for your travel arrangements, but any issues related to hotels are subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel or provider.
  2. We strongly recommend that you check the hotel’s terms and conditions, including check-in and check-out times, cancellation policies, and any additional charges or fees before booking.
  3. We cannot guarantee specific room requests, and any requests are subject to availability and the hotel’s own policies.
  4. Any issues or complaints related to the hotel stay should be brought to the attention of the hotel staff and management immediately, and our agency should be notified as soon as possible.

Tour Packages:

  1. Our agency may offer tour packages that include airfare, accommodations, transportation, and other services.
  2. Tour packages may have specific terms and conditions, including departure dates, itinerary, and inclusions and exclusions.
  3. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of the tour package before booking.
  4. Any changes or cancellations to a tour package may be subject to additional fees or penalties, as determined by the tour provider.
  5. Our agency is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or losses incurred during the tour, as the tour provider assumes liability for the tour services provided.

Credit Card Guarantee:

  1. For some travel bookings, a credit card may be required to guarantee the reservation and prevent cancellation.
  2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit card provided is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the reservation.
  3. If the credit card provided is declined or inactive at the time of booking or before the travel date, the reservation may be canceled, and cancellation fees may apply.
  4. You must notify our agency if the credit card used to guarantee the reservation becomes inactive or if there are any changes to the credit card information prior to the travel date to avoid cancellation of the reservation.

After Hours Emergencies:

  1. In case of after-hours emergencies, such as flight delays or cancellations, you may contact your vendor’s emergency contact number provided to you at the time of booking.
  2. Our vendor will make reasonable efforts to assist you with any emergency situations, but we cannot guarantee immediate assistance as it may depend on the availability of our staff and third-party providers.
  3. Any additional costs incurred as a result of the emergency situation will be your responsibility, unless otherwise covered by travel insurance.

Travel Insurance:

  1. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost luggage.
  2. We can assist you in purchasing travel insurance, but it is your responsibility to understand the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy, including the coverage, limitations, and exclusions, before purchasing.
  3. Our agency is not a licensed insurance agency and cannot advise you on specific coverage situations or make recommendations on insurance products.
  4. We may offer travel insurance options, but any insurance purchased through our agency is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.

Passport Validity:

  1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport with at least six months validity beyond your return date.
  2. Some countries may have additional entry requirements, such as visas, vaccinations, or proof of onward travel, which are also your responsibility to comply with.
  3. Our agency may provide information and guidance on entry requirements, but we are not responsible for any issues or costs incurred due to failure to comply with these requirements.
  4. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements:
  5. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and any necessary vaccinations or health requirements for your destination.
  6. We can provide general information and assistance with visa and health requirements, but it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary documents and comply with any
    requirements.

Liability:

  1. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, missed connections, or changes to itinerary.
  2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the travel arrangements, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Complaints and Disputes:

  1. If you have a complaint or dispute, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
  2. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are based.

Privacy Policy:

  1. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third party, except as necessary to fulfill your travel arrangements.
  2. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Miscellaneous:

  1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and our agency, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
  2. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, and any changes will be notified to you in writing.
  3. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
